SPINACH SOUFFLE | |
2 pkgs. chopped frozen spinach 8 oz. cream cheese 1/4 lb. butter 1 egg, beaten Salt, pepper & nutmeg 1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix Cook and drain spinach. Combine cream cheese, 4 tablespoons butter, egg and seasonings. Beat until well blended. Add spinach. Sprinkle stuffing mix and remaining butter (melted) over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. |
