SPINACH SOUFFLE 
1 9 inch pie crust
1 spinach souffle (Stover)
2 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. onion, finely choppd
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 c. bacon, crumbled
3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese

Mix above ingredients. Pour into unbaked crust. Bake 30 minutes. Cool; cut and serve.
