1 lg. bag Oreo cookies
1 lg. instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. Cool Whip

Crush half of Oreos on bottom of 9 x 13 inch dish. Make pudding and mix with cream cheese. Layer half of this on top of Oreos and top with half of Cool Whip. Repeat layers.
