1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1 lg. pkg. mini chocolate chips
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 lg. instant chocolate pudding

Make chocolate pudding according to directions on package and allow to cool. Put a small amount of chocolate pudding in the bottom of a child's sand pail. Add a thin layer of Cool Whip, then chocolate chips and next the "dirt" or cookie crumbs. Repeat layers ending with "dirt".

A child's sand shovel may be used as a server. A garnish of candy "worms" can also be used.
