AUNT FLO'S FAVORITE COOKIES 
1 c. soft butter
2/3 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
Raspberry Jam
Confectioners' sugar

Mix butter, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla thoroughly. Work in flour 1/2 cup at a time. Force dough through cookie press using the ripple bar insert. Make long strips on ungreased cookie sheets. Then cut across strips evenly about 2" intervals. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes until set but not brown. Cool on pan 30 seconds to a minute before carefully removing to racks to cool completely. Put 2 halves together with raspberry jam. Sprinkle confectionery sugar on top of cookies.
