BAKED FISH 
1 lb. fish fillets
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/4 tsp. salt
Black pepper to taste
Onion salt or paprika
1 egg
Skim milk

Beat egg and milk together. Dip fillets in mixture, then in dry ingredients. Place in lightly greased pan, dot with butter. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Heart healthy. Serves 4.
