IRISH SODA BREAD 
4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. raisins
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten lightly

Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar. Add rest of ingredients and mix lightly. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Happy St. Patty's Day!
