ITALIAN BEEF SANDWICH 
5 lb. rump roast
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tbsp. Italian dressing
3 sm. cloves garlic, diced
4 beef bouillon cubes
6 c. hot water

Cook roast uncovered for 35 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Dissolve beef cubes in hot water. Mix all seasonings together. Mix with hot water and beef cubes. Pour over roast and return to oven. Cover and let cook for 3 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.

Take out and let cool, leaving in juices to marinate overnight in refrigerator. Slice while cold. Reheat and serve with hot pepper on Italian bread.
