ITALIAN BEEF SANDWICHES AU JUS 
8 lb. rump roast
7 3/4 c. water
2 tsp. basil
3 bouillon cubes
8 tbsp. Worcestershire
2 pkgs. Good Seasons Italian Dressing

Cook roast - medium, seasoned with seasoning salt. Cool; slice very thin. Combine all other ingredients with meat broth after skimming off fat. Bring to a boil; remove from heat. Add sliced meat, let stand until cool. Refrigerate; marinate 2-4 days.

Spoon sauce over meat several times if it does not cover. Heat and serve on hot buttered buns. May use as Au Jus Beef. (Hard Italian buns.)
