NUT ROLL 
6 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
Pinch of salt
5 egg yolks
1 can Carnation milk
2 pkgs. dry yeast

FILLING:

1 lb. ground nuts
2 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar

Dissolve yeast in a third cup of lukewarm water. Combine flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in the butter as for pie dough. Mix egg yolks well with the evaporated milk, stir in yeast. Add the flour mixture and knead only long enough to form a nice round ball. Place in ice box overnight before rolling out. Roll out into four parts, sprinkle on filling then roll in log formation. Let rise before baking at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
