NUT ROLLS 
4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. butter
4 eggs (yolks only)
2 pkgs. dry yeast
6 tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk

Warm milk and put yeast and sugar all in bowl together. Mix flour, butter and salt well. Add milk mixture. Add eggs. Add more flour as needed. Form into 6 balls. Let raise 45 minutes.

NUT MIXTURE:

2 lbs. ground walnuts
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. milk, enough to make a good paste

Mix well.

Roll out dough. Spread with mix. Roll into roll. Put on greased cookie sheet. Let rise 45 minutes. Brush with egg whites. Bake until golden brown, 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
