EASY PEACH CLOUDS 
2 c. (16 oz. can) peach pie filling
1 tbsp. apricot or peach brandy
1/8 tsp. almond extract, if desired
2 c. (1 pt.) frozen whipped topping

TOPPING:

Maraschino cherries
Nutmeg
Toasted coconut

In medium mixing bowl, beat pie filling on low speed until peaches are in small pieces. Mix in brandy and almond extract. Fold in whipped topping. Garnish with maraschino cherries, ground nutmeg or toasted coconut. Spoon into individual serving bowls. Place in freezer for 30-45 minutes until serving time. Makes 4 servings.
