CHEESE BURGER PIE 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 c. undiluted Carnation evaporated milk
1 slightly beaten egg
1 pkg. stroganoff sauce mix
2 tbsp. catsup
1/4 tsp. paprika
9-inch unbaked pie shell
3 slices American cheese

Brown ground chuck and onion in medium skillet. Drain off fat. Stir in bread crumbs. Combine evaporated milk, egg, stroganoff mix, catsup, and paprika. Add to meat mixture; mix thoroughly. Spoon mixture into pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cut cheese slices into triangles; place on meat filling. Bake 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
