Just made & ate this recipe. Really easy to do, and has great taste with the right barbecue sauce. Easy way to get bbq style chicken out of the oven when you can't grill.

This recipe basically makes fried chicken with barbecue sauce on it. The chicken is left to fry in the butter on the bottom of the pan during initial cooking. I have had better success with "Barbecue Chicken" by coating the chicken, leaving it covered in the oven, and uncovering it during the end of cooking.

Delicious! I tried it with half the butter to cut down on fat & used seasoned salt instead of regular salt. It turned out great! Very kid friendly too! Enjoy! :)
