SOUR CREAM MUSHROOM SAUCE 
2 lbs. mushrooms
1/4 c. parsley, minced
1/4 c. onions, chopped
2 c. sour cream (1 pt.)
2 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Wash and slice mushrooms. Grease dish. Mix everything together except mushrooms. Alternate layering. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 1 hour, stirring once or twice.

I like it just as a vegetable also.
