SOUR CREAM MUSHROOM SAUCE 
butter
Sliced mushrooms
Onion
Flour
Chicken bouillon cubes
Water
Sour cream
Salt
Pepper

Melt butter in small saucepan. Stir in mushrooms and onion. Saute until tender. Stir in flour and chicken cubes. Slowly add water and cook until thickened. Stir in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
