3 c. sugar
6 tbsp. self-rising flour
4 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 stick butter, melted
2 unbaked pie shells

Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
