VERLE'S EASY CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. coconut

Combine all ingredients in blender container; blend well. Pour into buttered 9 inch pie pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
