EASY EGG CUSTARD 
3 eggs
1 tall can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Cover bottom of a deep dish pie pan with a generous amount of Crisco. Sprinkle with a generous amount of flour. Mix above ingredients in a blender, mixing well. Pour into pie pan. Garnish with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees until brown or set very well. Very good and creamy.
