3 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. coconut

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into a pie plate and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. It will make its own crust.
