EASY CUSTARD PIE 
COMBINE IN BLENDER:

2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. Jiffy mix or Bisquick
1/4 c. butter
4 eggs

Mix 3 to 5 minutes. Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate and sprinkle a little more coconut on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Can also drain a can of peaches and put slices on top.
