EASY COCONUT CUSTARD PIE | |
2 c. milk 4 eggs 3/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. butter, or butter 1/2 c. Bisquick 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. Angel flakes coconut Combine all ingredients (use only 1/2 cup coconut in batter) in blender (cover and blend on low speed 3 minutes). Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan. Let stand 5 minutes then sprinkle with other 1/2 cup coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. |
