MAGIC COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. self - rising flour
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Mix in blender on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into well greased pie plate; let stand for 5 minutes. Sprinkle 1 cup coconut on top and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
