CHICKEN WITH ORANGE SAUCE 
4 boneless chicken breasts
1/3 c. white sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper

Combine white sugar and cornstarch. Combine remaining ingredients in small saucepan, cook. When mixture begins to boil add white sugar mix and boil until sugars are melted. Use as a baste on chicken breast. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
