CHICKEN WITH ORANGE SAUCE 
2 1/2 - 3 lbs. fryer chicken, cut up
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/3 c. salad oil
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained & sliced
1-3 tbsp. grated orange peel (if desired)

Wash and dry chicken. Place side down in single layer in ungreased baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients, except mushrooms, pour over chicken.

Bake uncovered 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Turn, sprinkle with mushrooms and spoon sauce over chicken. Bake 15 minutes longer or until chicken is tender.
