TUNA OR CHICKEN SWISS PIE 
1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell or 1 frozen 9 inch pastry shell thawed
12 1/2 or 13 oz. can tuna or chicken drained and flaked
1 c. Swiss cheese (4 oz. shredded)
1/2 c. sliced green onion
3 eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk

Pierce pastry shell thoroughly with fork. Bake in 375 degree oven 10 minutes. Remove. In a large bowl, toss together next three ingredients; spoon into shell. In bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Slowly pour over mixture in shell. Bake 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 8.
