SWISS APPLE PIE 
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. double action baking powder
1 heaping c. peeled, diced apples
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix together all the ingredients and pour into a greased pie plate. Bake at 30 minutes at 350 degrees. NOTE: Do not use a pastry shell for this pie.
