GROUND RICE TART 
Short pastry for shells

FILLING:

2 oz. butter
2 oz. sugar
2 oz. ground rice
1 egg

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and ground rice. Cream well. Place raspberry jam in bottom of shells. Add mix. Bake at 375 approximately 10-15 minutes or until brown.
