HAMBURGER AND RICE LOAF 
1 lb. hamburger
3/4 c. rice
1 can tomato soup
1 egg white, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
Buttered bread crumbs

Wash rice and cook in 3 cups boiling water until tender. Mix together hamburger, cooked rice soup and beaten egg, salt and pepper. Pack in greased casserole or loaf pan. Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
