CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour and sugar. Cook butter, water and cocoa; bring to boil. Let cool; pour into flour-sugar mixture. Mix well. Add buttermilk, soda, beaten eggs, vanilla and cinnamon.

Bake 20 minutes at 350°F in sheet pan. Five minutes before cake is done, make frosting.

Frosting:

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
6 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Bring butter, milk and cocoa to boil; add vanilla, powdered sugar and nuts. Stir well and pour on cake while hot.
