BAKED ONION STEAK 
1 lean beef flank steak (1 1/4 lb.)
1/2 of a 2.75 oz. box dry onion soup mix

Place steak on a sheet of foil large enough to wrap it completely. Rub onion soup mix on both sides of steak. Seal steak in foil, place in large baking dish and bake 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes or until tender 350 degrees. Unwrap steak and discard juices. Slice steak thinly across the grain. Serves 4. 221 calories per serving, 30 gm protein, 8 gm fat, 5 gm carbohydrate.
