2 c. lard
5 c. flour
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 egg

Break egg into a cup. Fill cup with water. Cut lard into flour. Mix egg into the water. Add this to flour mixture. Shape into a roll and cut into slices to freeze in plastic bags. Use as needed.
