PIE CRUSTS TO FREEZE 
5 c. flour
2 1/3 c. Crisco
3 tsp. salt
1 egg
Water

Cut shortening in flour and salt mixture. Add one egg beaten in a measuring cup, fill the cup with water to make one cup, all at once. Stir gently with fork. Pinch off in amount to make 5 dough. Lay on square of Saran Wrap. Wrap and press down similar to a patty and freeze.
