LUNCHEON SALAD | |
1 pkg. lime Jello 1 1/2 c. hot water 1 can crushed pineapple, drained 1 can white Royal Ann cherries, pitted 1 pkg. lemon Jello 1 1/2 c. hot water 1 sm. pkg. cream cheese, mashed 1/2 pt. whipped cream Dissolve lime Jello in hot water. Add pineapple and cherries. After this first layer is cool and set, add second layer of lemon Jello and cream cheese. Fold whipped cream into second layer when cooled and pour over first layer in ring mold. Fill center with whipped cream and mayonnaise or black olives and celery. |
