MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs

Mix together above ingredients well. Add 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges (with juice). Beat oranges into batter well. Pour into greased and floured 3 (8 inch) round pans or 2 square pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Split round cake layers or square layers horizontally. Use icing below for filling.

Mix well with mixer:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 (3 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Will keep in icebox up to 1 week.
