1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
1 can pie filling, any flavor
Frosting or sugar and cinnamon

Cream sugar, eggs and oil. Add baking powder and flour, mix until smooth. Pour half of mixture into 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Layer pie filling on top. Pour rest of mix on top of pie filling making sure it is spread fairly evenly. Bake for 35 minutes at 375 degrees. Check at 25 minutes, with clean butter knife or toothpick. Top with sugar and cinnamon before baking or frosting after baking.
