ALICE'S SALAD 
Crushed pineapple
1 pkg. lemon Jello
Cheese
Whipped cream
Sugar

Dissolve 1 pkg. lemon Jello in 1/2 cup boiling water. Heat small can crushed pineapple with 1/2 cup sugar. Let stand until congealed. Then add 1/2 cup grated cheese, 1 pt. whipping cream (whipped). Put grated cheese on top to serve. Serves 8 generously.
