1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. yellow prepared mustard
1/2 of 12 oz. bottle ketchup
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 med. green pepper, chopped fine (optional)
Celery salt, to taste

Brown beef, onion and green pepper. Drain off excess fat. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and heat over low heat.
