LINDA'S BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
6 slices bread, break into chunks
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
4 oz. mushrooms

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown sausage, drain and cool. Beat eggs and add milk and salt and mustard. Beat well. Add bread and stir until bread is soft. Add cheese, sausage, mushrooms. Pour into oblong 9x12 inch casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

For brunch: add green peppers, onions, celery to taste.
