PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
3/4 c. peanut butter
2 c. Bisquick Baking Mix
1 tsp. vanilla
Sugar

Beat milk and peanut butter until smooth. Add Bisquick mix and vanilla; mix well. Roll into 1 inch balls. Roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake 375 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes until lightly brown.

For Peanut Butter Blossoms: Roll into balls; roll in sugar; DO NOT flatten. Place Hershey Kiss candy in center after baking.
