BAJA DIP 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 can (10 oz.) bean dip
1 to 2 tbsp. chili powder
10 drops hot pepper sauce
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 c. chives, may use 2 oz. pkg. frozen or 1 jar (.1 oz. size) chopped chives
6 oz. grated cheddar cheese
6 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese

Mix all ingredients except the grated cheeses together. Put into buttered 1 quart casserole dish or deep dish pie plate. Top with grated cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until cheese bubbles. (Before serving, you may have to skim off a little of the extra oil from the cheeses.) Use as a dip with corn chips. I use my Cuisinart to mix all the ingredients.
