RIZZI BIZZI RICE 
1 1/2 c. water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. raw rice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1/4 c. finely cut green onions

Bring water, chicken bouillon cube, salt, and butter to a boil. Add rice slowly, stirring with a fork and cook according to directions. Cook peas according to package directions until tender-crisp. When rice is cooked, add peas and green onions. Yield: 6 (2/3 cup) servings. Each serving containers: 137 calories, 4 g protein, 2 g fat.
