FRESH BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli (flower parts)
1 c. green olives, sliced thin
5 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 can of kidney beans
Bacon bits
1 bunch green onions, chopped

Mix all ingredients together.

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. Italian dressing
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper

Beat the dressing with a wire whisk and pour over salad. Refrigerate for several hours.
