PECAN PIE FILLING 
2 tbsp. chopped nuts
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. brandy (optional)
1 c. pecans

Use pre-baked 9 inch pie shell. Beat together sugar, salt, eggs, syrup and cream. Then stir in the vanilla, brandy (if used), and pecans. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until set.
