CABBAGE TACO SOUP 
1/2 lb. or more of ground beef, brown
1 c. chopped onion and celery
2 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 env. taco seasoning
1/2 head cabbage

Brown 1/2 pound or more ground beef. Add onion and celery. Stir in 2 (16 ounce) can tomatoes and add in one envelope of taco seasoning. Stir together until seasoning is dissolved. Add 1/2 to 3/4 head cabbage. Let simmer until cabbage start to soften, then stir well. Cook until cabbage is done. Use large saucepan.
