OVEN CARAMEL CORN 
6 qts. popped corn
2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. light syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil brown sugar, butter, light syrup and salt for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add baking soda and vanilla. Stir into popped corn. Spread on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 200 degrees for about 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
