CHEESECAKE PIE 
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring
1 (6 oz.) graham cracker crust
Blueberry preserves (optional)
Strawberry preserves (optional)

Blend cream cheese, Cool Whip and vanilla flavoring until smooth. Pour into crust. Refrigerate 4 hours. Top with preserves, fresh fruit or your own favorite topping.
