GROUND BEEF ORIENTAL CASSEROLE 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, diced
2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can water
2 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
Dash pepper
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 can drained bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts, sliced

Saute onion and celery; remove from pan. Brown 2 lbs ground beef and celery and onion. Add to pan and mix; heat well. Add soup, water, soy sauce and pepper. Add rice, bean sprouts and water chestnuts.

Pour into 9x13 inch casserole dish and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Uncover and add 1 large can Chinese noodles, if so desired and bake 20 minutes more or leave plain and still bake 20 minutes more, uncovered.
