DELIGHT DESSERT 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts

Mix and press firmly in 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; cool.

FILLING & 1ST LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/2 of lg. (13 1/2 oz.) Cool Whip

Cream ingredients and spread over cooled crust.

2ND LAYER:

2 boxes instant pudding
2 1/2 c. milk

Whip and pour over 1st layer. Top with remainder of Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate.
