PEANUT DELIGHT DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. chopped peanuts
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. Cool Whip
1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
3 c. cold milk
1-2 c. Cool Whip (topping)
1 regular size Hershey bar
1/3 c. chopped peanuts

FIRST LAYER: Blend flour and butter together and add peanuts. Press evenly in a 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and cool.

SECOND LAYER: Cream together peanut butter and cheese. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Blend in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled First Layer.

THIRD LAYER: Combine pudding mixes with milk and mix well. Spread over second layer. Cool a few minutes to set pudding.

FOURTH LAYER: 1 to 2 cups Cool Whip for topping. Then spread the candy bar on top of this and sprinkle with peanuts. Keep refrigerated.
